I ordered this chair under the impression it was “all purpose”. I actually found it under the “styling chairs” tab. if you do highlights or women’s cuts with hair longer than their shoulders, DO NOT GET THIS CHAIR. Their hair will flip right out resulting in a HORRIBLE cut. Assembling was a pain and it’s not even straight. My dad took it apart and even put it back together. (see picture below. back hits arm rest on left). I didn’t even address this when contacting customer service, as I was more upset knowing I need to now make any long haired clients STAND to cut the perimeter of their hair.
This was their response “Sorry to tell you that this chair is a little expensive and not allowed to be returned if you don't have original packaging. We suggest you keep it for use of men's cuts.”
What kind of customer service is this??? The Box is MASSIVE. my apologies for not wanting it sitting around. I didn’t even want a refund, I just asked for an exchange for a different (cheaper) chair. Extremely disappointing.
I got this chair for my at home suite, and it completely leveled up my space. So comfortable and cute. Took just a couple hours to put together by myself!
