Good looking, solid furniture.

One small, missing piece. The threads inside one of the bench holes, where the leg bolts inside, must have fell out. I improvised with a simple lag bolt that would thread into the wood.

Defective

I ordered this piece through Amazon. When putting it together, I discovered 2 of the 4 pre drilled holes for the legs would not hold the bolts. I contacted the seller via Amazon messages. I received a response asking for photos of the defect with an offer to replace the bench. I responded promptly with the photos. It has been 4 days since I provided the photos. In spite of repeated messages to the seller, I have had no response. I ordered the bench for additional seating over the holidays. I don't know if a new bench has been sent, if I'm getting a refund, in other words I don't know anything. Very poor customer service. Very frustrating.
